Hi, I am looking for a roommate or roommates to share an apartment in the North Chicagoland area anywhere between Evanston and the Lakeview/Wrigleyville area. I'd like to keep the budget around $500 with rent+utilities. So a little about me. I'm a 23 year old male Starbucks employee, and also a Graphic Design student. I'm admittedly a rather messy person but am committed to keeping common areas clean. I take out trash/do dishes/wipe counters/sweep etc. I like to chill and hangout play video games, watch tv/movies or listen to music. I'm known to have a beer or two on occasion and get rowdy maybe once a month. I'm looking for 420 friendly individuals (you don't have to smoke, just don't be against it). I also smoke cigarettes *outside* and there will be an abundance of free coffee/tea around all the time. A little about you. Ideally you'd be around the same age. No preference on gender or anything like that. You'd keep common areas clean, I don't care what your room looks like. You pay rent and utilities in a timely manner. Really just read my bit and if you get down with that I'm sure we'll get along. So if you're feelin the vibes let me know and we can talk about where to go from there. We should probably grab a beer or a bite and hangout first just to make sure we'd get a long.
