Experienced person, with a high degree of organizational skills, needed to lead the front office operations of a busy housing authority that owns and manages 228 units of public housing and USDA Section 515 housing located at 6 sites. Duties include processing applicants, leasing units, managing continued occupancy of residents, including lease compliance and submitting xxxx8 reports to HUD and project worksheets to USDA Rural Development. Position is responsible for rent collection and tenant accounting reconciliation with the agencys fee accountant.Property Manager serves as supervisor of a 3 person front office team. Fulltime position reports to the Executive Director and works with business office staff and maintenance/modernization staff to meet the mission of the agency.A positive attitude, solid organizational skills and excellent communication skills are necessary for this position. Exceptional customer service skills are required as there is a high level of client contact.
