The registered professional nurse takes into account patient acuity levels, ages, disabilities, psychological state, communication ability, and stages of development in the performance of her/his responsibilities.Nursing care is provided in collaboration with the Medical Staff and in accordance with objectives and policies of Graham Hospital. The registered professional nurse assumes case management responsibilities as assigned. The registered professional nurse cooperates with and follows direction of the clinical supervisor. The registered professional nurse reports to the clinical supervisor and department head. The registered professional nurse is responsible for nursing care to neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.The applicant in this position will be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with two years of medical/surgical or home health experience.
